General Questions
Q: How do I shop on WF Online Store?
A. We are dedicated to making online shopping as hassle-free as possible. WF online store has hundreds of products like puja DVD’s, CD’s, Books to pendants and photographs and much more. Currently, there are three major categories, “Video DVD”, “Audio Talks” and “Books”. You can select any product in each of these three categories and add them to the online shopping cart. Yet checkout is accomplished with a single account.
Q. Can you help me find what I'm looking for?
A. Certainly! Helping you find what you're looking for is a high priority for us. WF Store has developed advanced search technology and user selected guided navigation to help you find the product you are looking to buy. Here are a couple of simple starting points.
1.Every page on our site has a search box at the top of the page. Start your search by entering the name of the product in the box and clicking the "search" button. From there, you can either pick from the list of items that are displayed and see the details of the listed product or directly add the product to the shopping cart by clicking on “Add to Card”.
2.If you know you're looking for something more specific, you can click on “Advanced Search” link next to the search box located on every page; this will take you to the “Advanced Search” page, where you can select a category to search by using the drop down feature. This will target your specific search, bringing you closer to the results you want right away. Q. Does WF online store actually ship my order?
A. Yes. After you checkout, we forward your order safely and securely by our encrypted electronic process directly to the processing & fulfillment department. If you are ordering multiple items from different categories, this will be clearly indicated to you during the checkout process. WF online store will handle the shipping of the entire order together if all the products you ordered are available and in stock at the time of shipping. Once the order is shipped, an email confirming the shipment along with order confirmation number, shipping method used and tracking number, if available, will be sent to your registered email Id. Again, our focus is to make your shopping experience easy and fun.
Q. What happens if the products are out of stock?
A. If you shop for multiple products in one order, we will make our best effort to ship all products together in one shipment. In unforeseen circumstances, if some of the products you ordered are not available, out of stock, back ordered or deprecated/not available any more, we will let you know accordingly. We will then give you an option for “partial fulfillment” or “complete cancellation”. If you do not provide a preference of “partial fulfillment” or “complete cancellation” during the response period provided, we will go ahead and do “partial fulfillment” and fulfill the part of the order for which we have products in stock. We will NOT charge you for the products we cannot ship. For some orders, we might need to make multiple shipments; in that case, you will receive your entire order in two or more shipments.
Q. What payment methods are supported?
A. We currently support “Bank Transfers” and “Credit Cards”.
Q. Can I change my shipping address at the time of check out?
A. Yes. By default, the shipping address is the one you add at the time of creating your account, but we allow you to ship your order to a different address at the time of check out.
Q. What shipping methods are available?
A. Currently we ship all our products via Italian Post. All the products are currently shipped from our shipping center in Cabella Ligure, Italy.
Q. Who charges my credit card?
A. WF charges you for your entire order on your specified credit card, including shipping and tax if applicable.
Q. Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

Q. Need to change your address or email?
A. You can change any information about you very easily by going to the “Account Maintenance” link (on the right side of every page). From there you can edit your account information including your billing and shipping addresses, your email address and password as well as your saved credit card information, telephone number and more...
Q. Password Problems / I'm having trouble signing in?
A. We ask for your password when trying to check out as a registered user or to view any personal information. This is the password you entered when you created your WF online store account. Some customers get this error message "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet." If you are certain that you have an account with us, chances are you are just not using the right password. Or you may have forgotten it.
If you've forgotten your password, just click on the link Lost Password . We'll ask you to enter the email Id you used while creating the account to verify who you are: make sure you enter the same email Id as when you created your account. We will then send you an email to confirm the change of password request and include a token in the email, you will need the token we send to complete the password reset request at Confirm Your Account. Once you have entered the right token, you will then be asked to enter a new password.

Q. Is WF online store secure? Is my information safe?
A. You can be assured that we will safeguard your personal information at all times. Your privacy and the safety of your shopping experience are of paramount concern to the WF team. Under no circumstances will we disclose or share your information with any unauthorized third party. You'll also never have to worry about credit card safety when you make purchases at WF online store. Q. What are WF’s browser recommendations?
A. We'd like you to see us in the best possible light. So we recommend that you use one of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, or FireFox 2.0. We're working on supporting Safari – so stay tuned. Until then, we recommend that Mac users install FireFox.
Order Questions
Q. Where is my order? Can I cancel my order? Can I change my order?
A. When you place your order, we forward your order to our fulfillment department. We maintain a high level of customer service: keeping you notified of shipping times, delays or any other order information. We include our contact information in your order information so you can speak to us directly regarding any concerns, changes or even cancellations you might have. WF online store also has a "my account" section for account holders that lists your order history and contains any order updates we have.
Q. Pricing and Availability?
A. We do our best to get you the most up-to-date information on product availability and pricing from our store. Pricing is noted directly on the store’s product page. We list availability directly on the product page, if a product is currently not available, you will see a “Notify Me” button instead of “Add to Cart”. If availability is not noted, please contact the store directly for current availability information. We guarantee that prices shown on our product pages are the same price as in our retail stores. In rare cases, data entry errors or other technical issues may result in inaccurate prices being shown (for example, items priced at $0.00). In such cases, the store is not required to honor inaccurate prices. If you ever see any price you believe to be incorrect, please contact us using this inquiry form and we will verify the price for you.
Q. Can I place an order via telephone or email?
A. We're happy to receive your orders over the phone or via email . Please make sure you provide us the details of the product you would like to order along with the product ids.
Shipping
Q. When will my order ship? How long will it take to get here?
A. The day you checkout, WF online store begins processing your order. Your purchase is forwarded to the fulfillment center in Cabella Ligure, Italy. Once the order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
Q. Shipping charges?
A. Currently we offer standard shipping wherein your order is shipped via Italian Post. Your shipping cost will be based on the “Ship To” address. We are currently working with TNT to provide express delivery services at preferred rates to our customers, this will be available in the near future.
Q. Return Policy?
A. We accept returns if products are damaged or there was a wrong delivery or other quality issues with the products. We can either cancel the order to recredit your account after receiving the proof of damage. For details please contact us at
